5. Profiles and automated decisions
FORMULACER may create profiles of candidates based on CV information to select the best candidate for a position. No automated decisions will be made that have legal effects on website users.

No data sharing is foreseen except where legally required (tax, commercial, judicial).
Data may be shared with data processors under confidentiality agreements, such as:
Accounting and tax consultancy
IT and hosting companies
Transport companies (when necessary for service delivery)
